Far from it, present-day Toledo boasts attractions small and large, from quirky pie diners to world-class museums. Popping up in the shadows of those museums are indie art galleries, off-beat shops and seasonal markets. M.A.S.H's Corporal Max Klinger pined for his beloved Tony Packo's, a hot-dog joint still going strong after 75 years.
